2. Order Acceptance & Customization Process
A. Ready-to-Wear Shoes
Orders are confirmed via email.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
B. Custom-Made Shoes
Non-refundable deposit (20–50%) may be required.
Design Approval: Customers must approve sketches/mockups before production begins.
Modification Limits: Changes after production starts may incur extra fees(may depend according to the changed requested by the customer).
Production Time: 4–6 weeks (varies by complexity).
3. Pricing & Payment
Currency: Prices displayed in INR (default) or local currency (conversion applied).
Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Razorpay, bank transfers.
Customs/Duties: International buyers bear additional charges (varies by country).
Fraud Checks: We may request ID verification for high-value orders.

Personal Use Only: No resale of custom designs without permission.
Trademarks: Unauthorized use of "Lusso Vincente" branding is prohibited.
7. User Responsibilities
